Many of my clients have tried traditional talk therapy before, but felt it didn't go deep enough or actually change anything. Others need the trustworthy, safe, and affirming space they didn't have in childhood. I specialize in treating attachment trauma, CPTSD and ADHD. My clients want to feel free in their bodies and relationships, to live with less shame and more joy. I help clients to identify, release, and replace early survival beliefs and behaviors with more flexible and mature self-care strategies.
Using somatic therapy, I guide clients to have new emotional experiences in session, creating lasting change by learning to care for parts of themselves stuck in fear, pain, and self-protection. My style is loving and experiential, grounded in somatic awareness. I help clients to safely restore connection with their bodies, nervous systems, and intuition.
