For as long as I can recall, my singular purpose in life has been to alleviate the pain and suffering of others by equipping them with the essential tools to find peace. My goal is for you to depart from my office with an improved sense of well-being compared to when you first entered. I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic illness/chronic pain, oncology, grief, and trauma, catering to the needs of children, teenagers, and young adults. As a clinician, I bring a warm and lighthearted approach, establishing a safe and comfortable atmosphere for my clients.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in equine-assisted psychotherapy, I bring diverse experience from private practice, schools, nonprofits, and hospitals. Running my own practice allows me to blend my passions for aiding individuals and working with horses. Sessions take place in the office and our barn, offering a unique therapeutic setting.
