My name is Lillian Channing and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in both California and Oregon. My path has led me from assisting first responders to supporting individuals and families through life transitions, grief, and trauma recovery. I am a somatic therapist, and my approach always includes a focus on how your body holds and releases emotion. Once you begin to feel the release of activation from your body, your mind and spirit can begin to heal as well.
My work integrates somatic and experiential approaches that help clients connect body and mind. I include mindfulness, parts work, and breath work, as well as equine-assisted therapy (coming soon), yoga-informed sessions, and psilocybin facilitation in Oregon for deeper integration and healing.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress, a deeper connection to your body, or a new path to healing, I offer a compassionate and grounded space to explore what wholeness can look like for you. I currently see clients virtually in both Oregon and California, and also offer in person sessions when appropriate.
