Buen día, te agradezco por tener la fuerza para pedir ayuda. I know how difficult it is to ask for help, especially when you are struggling with all conflicting emotions in your daily lives. As a Latina growing up in NYC, I have experienced this as well as finding a way. I come from two cultures, one of which believes in keeping everything within the family and the other that encourages seeking outsiders to help. At times the solutions were polar opposites but slowly with help I found the way. I learned to balance and take the strength from both and move forward. I bring this knowledge and experience into my practice.
I am part of the therapeutic team (client and therapist), your team to identify the triggers you may suffer with and come to a resolution whereby you do not continue to experience pain/trauma.

As we process your feellings and issues we begin to peel away the layers of depression, anger of loss. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and eventually sustained improvement.
