Our mission is to make therapy services accessible to individuals (ages 18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or family challenges. At LCS; we are dedicated to empowering and supporting clients on their healing journey with a person-centered approach & unconditional positive regard. I have over a decade of experience providing counseling services to youth and adults. We can work together on processing life experiences and rewriting your narrative for a happier, healthier future.
