I offer specialized therapy for queer and neurodivergent adults facing complex trauma, maladaptive self-image, dissociative concerns, spiritual and identity development, and mood disorders. My approach also addresses intersectional trauma related to family dynamics, religious abuse, sexual issues, and personal development. Trauma often intersects with challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and relationship struggles, affecting our mind-body connection. It’s easy to feel stuck and lose hope, but healing is possible. I provide a safe, inclusive space that is also sex worker-friendly.

Utilizing EMDR, psychotherapeutic yoga, and a compassion-first framework, I help clients process complex trauma, neurodivergent identities, explore gender and sexual identity, unhealthy attachment patterns, and manage anxiety, depression, anger, OCD, and dissociation. I work to approach each client with deep understanding of their unique challenges.
