Hi, I’m Liliana Ventura, LCSW and I specialize in providing culturally-affirming and trauma-informed mental health services. I speak Spanish and I am an LGBTQ+ ally. As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, I draw upon my background as a working-class Latina to provide transformative therapeutic services to individuals and families. I am dedicated to creating a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, set meaningful goals, and embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
In sessions, I utilize components of: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness. I am also experienced in preparing mental health evaluations for most immigration cases.
