About
Taking on New Clients! Having a safe space to talk can help you feel validated, heard and grounded. If you are feeling stressed in life, are experiencing new or past struggles, feel overwhelmed, burned out or are wanting to work on your self esteem and communication, we can make improvements to find that balance in life. I value social and racial justice and take into account culture, environment, family background, and inter-generational patterns and trauma when working with my clients.
I believe that my clients are the experts of their own life stories. Where I’m the guide helping them navigate through their difficulties. Because therapy is not a one-size fits all, my approach is to help my clients go through their unique healing journey with interventions that work for them.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My therapeutic approach is relational and client-centered. I have training utilizing Culturally Sensitive Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, SFBT and TST but ultimately we will find what primary tools can help you achieve your goals for wellness so that you can move from surviving to thriving.
