You might be feeling disconnected, exhausted, self-critical, barely holding it together and want to get help. I’m a therapist for children, families and women who are impacted by Anxiety, Life Transitions, Painful Experiences, Trauma, Autism or ADHD. I'll help you learn more about yourself. I've gone through painful experiences and you won't feel judged by me. Together, we will process feelings, identify strengths, core values, needs &obstacles. My hope is to support you to increase self-awareness, compassion, give you space for growth and healing from your pain (no matter how painful) or we can focus on a plan to reach your goals.

With kids, I mainly use play therapy to help connect them to their world. With women, my approach depends on what's needed. Together we will process triggers & learn to live embracing who you are, identify what you truly need, where core values align with your goals. With families or during parent coaching, I help them achieve understanding and restoration.

I'm relatable, encouraging and can hold you accountable with a calm presence. Since 2011, I've been working with a variety of clients to feel regulated, healed, confident, focused and more at ease to focus on what matters to them.
