I’m a therapist for children, families and women who struggle with Anxiety, Life Transitions, Burnout or the impacts of trauma, Autism or ADHD. I'll help you learn more about yourself. I've gone through painful stuff and you won't feel judged by me. Together, we will process feelings, identify strengths, core values needs &obstacles. My hope is to support you to increase self-awareness, compassion, give you space for growth and healing from your pain (no matter how painful) or we can focus on a plan to reach your goals.

With kids, I mainly use play therapy to help connect them to their world. With women, my approach depends on what's needed. Together we will process triggers & learn to live embracing who you are, identify what you truly need, where core values align with your goals. With families or during parent coaching, I help them achieve understanding and restoration.

I'm relatable, warm, encouraging, insightful and can hold you accountable with a calm presence. Over the past 13 years since 2011, I've been able to work with a variety of clients.
