I’ll help you understand your needs, become aware of when challenges originated, feel supported and strengthen your connection. Having walked through my own challenges, you won’t feel judged. We can explore feelings, uncover strengths, identify core values and beliefs and create a plan.
With women individually, my approach adapts to what’s needed—processing triggers, setting boundaries, understanding the roots or learning to feel at home in yourself again. Another group of clients I work with is children for emotional regulation, relationship skills and executive functioning skills (slowing down, planning ahead, practice focused attention).
I'm relatable, empathetic, can provide feedback so you increase in self-awareness and we can go deeper in your healing journey at your pace. I've witnessed others feeling grounded, confident, at ease about triggers, connected and able to find relief. Reach out to schedule with me.
