I have a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves both physically and psychologically. I have experience working with individuals and couples for over 5 years utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as solution focused, CBT, trauma exposure and person-centered. My goal is to collaborate with each client to develop innovative techniques that tailor to their individual struggles and goals. My expertise includes working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse, trauma, eating disorders, grief and loss and other mental health disorders.
I offer couples counseling and provide techniques for bridging communication gaps and building effective communication skills with their partners. In addition, I also provide counseling to individuals coping with divorce and seeking the pathway towards healing and moving on after divorce. During my spare time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family
I received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2020 and a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in 2015 from Western Governors University. I also received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bowie State University in 2008.
