The decision to seek therapy services is often a difficult one. Whether you are struggling with transitional life issues, addiction, anxiety, or depressed mood, you have come to the right place. Together, we can work to improve your quality of life and to maximize your potential. You should not have to live with the pain and discomfort that you are experiencing. Allow me to help you to work through the issues that are interfering in your daily life, so that you can grow and succeed. If you are questioning a previous diagnosis, or would like more clarity and direction in your treatment, we can help with Psychological Testing!
My main expertise is with mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use/abuse/dependence. I also frequently work with issues related to trauma, severe mental illness, and self-esteem. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and older adults. I believe in a CBT approach that incorporates wellness, recovery and individuality into treatment.
If you are looking to begin treatment, or are looking for comprehensive testing to better understand your struggles and treatment approaches, we offer both individual treatment and psychological testing/assessment. We also do educational evaluations for school-aged children, to pinpoint strengths and areas of growth for IEPs and directed learning.
