My name is Lilia Ortiz and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) based in California and working with clients via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, grief, PTSD, and women's issues. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal skills. Trauma-focused CBT, DBT skills (mindfulness), and traditional ways of therapy help my clients find the inner strength to live a better quality of life.
I have worked with adult clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, loss, relationship issues, women's issues, Postpartum Depression, self-esteem, parenting issues, adjustment issues, anger management, and career counseling.
