I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist with nearly two decades of experience supporting adults navigating traumatic grief, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. My work integrates psychodynamic, evidence-based, somatic, attachment, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients regulate their nervous system and process difficult experiences.
I believe healing happens in relationships built on trust, attunement, and compassion. Therapy is a collaborative process that honors each person’s inner wisdom and pace.
