Hi I am Lili. Getting started with a counselor can be intimidating. Please don't hesitate to call me for an initial conversation and I can help find appropriate resources and help. I really enjoy working with a variety of people; appreciate challenges and am comfortable with facing difficult situations with my clients. I enjoy humor, depth and a straight forward approach to counseling. I have been in private practice for 23 years. Couples therapy and grief work are two of my specialties. Having lost my husband when I was young and having raised my children as a single parent I understand this pain intimately.
I offer private, couples and family counseling, primarily using AEDP Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy as a modality. I work patients become stronger at the broken places, working with trauma, loss, and by undoing the deep feelings of aloneness. Fostering the emergence of new and healing experiences leading to resilience and a new zest for life.
