Counselor, LMHC

Counseling and change can feel scary and overwhelming, while staying "stuck" where you are can be even more difficult. It takes time to build trust with a therapist, this can be even more difficult if you have been mandated to treatment or had a bad fit with a therapist in the past. I want you to feel comfortable and be empowered in therapy. No matter what you have experienced in your past or what brings you to treatment, you can THRIVE!
My primarily focus is working with people who have experienced a major life change or who are tired of what has been a negative "status quo" in their lives and are ready to make a change. I have experience working with people who have been involved in the criminal justice system. Sessions can take place in person at my office or through secure e-therapy.
When you're physically sick or just not able to get out of bed due to depression or stress, I offer the option of e-therapy. This works well for anyone diagnosed with chronic invisible disabilities such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease & other GI disorders, cancer, lupus and many other. Being unwell shouldn't mean you can't get help!
