I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in attachment wounds, trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. My work focuses on helping clients understand how early relational experiences have shaped current emotional patterns, relationships, and self-perception.
I am particularly passionate about helping clients process unresolved attachment wounds and reconnect with their authentic selves so they move toward more secure and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. We will implement intervention modalities such as EMDR, Parts and Memory and mindfulness to tailor treatment to each one of your goals.
Through collaborative work, we will identify patterns of behaviors that no longer align with your values and goals, and start the process to heal those wounds that drag behind you like a heavy weight.
