With over 6 years working in the mental health field, I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing emotional or personal changes. This can include emotional regulation, unwanted thoughts and behaviors or conflicts in their lives. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and CBT. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, build healthy coping skills, and make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
I have been working with youth, adolescents, and families in both the outpatient and school-based setting. I focus on building coping, social, communication and conflict resolution skills, while creating a meaningful connection to my clients and their families.
