My primary goal as a trauma therapist is to hold space for you to heal, grieve and grow at your own pace. I prioritize fostering a refuge of emotional safety, both in the therapy room and virtually, where you can get to know, understand and appreciate the younger parts of yourself that have helped you survive up to this very moment. Using EMDR, parts work and somatic techniques, I specialize in helping clients heal from complex trauma and difficult life experiences related to childhood attachment wounds, sexual violence, body image, sexuality, gender identity and more.

My approach to therapy is Queer and Trans affirming, inclusive, intersectional, oppression-informed, fat/body positive and neurodiversity affirming. While I recognize that therapy will not change the systems impacting our communities and the challenges posed by the current political and cultural climate, I believe it can help empower us to move through it.

Together, we can cultivate resilience by bringing awareness to your innate survival responses (fight, flight, freeze and fawn) and embracing the wisdom of your nervous system as a source of strength in healing past trauma, moving through current struggles and helping you show up authentically, both for yourself and your communities.
