I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma who are ready for focused, depth-oriented therapy. My work integrates EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT to help both the brain and body reprocess experiences that are keeping you stuck. This approach is active, structured, and designed to create meaningful, lasting change, not just short-term symptom relief. I work best with clients who are ready to engage in deeper therapeutic work and build greater stability in daily life.

You may feel stuck in patterns that don’t fully make sense, especially if trauma or PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) intensifies emotional overwhelm, reactivity, or disconnection. I specialize in helping clients move beyond coping and into real processing and resolution using EMDR and trauma-focused therapy.
