I’m the owner and lead clinician at Holistic Mental Health Therapy LLC, where I blend a holistic approach with a strong foundation in clinical techniques. I offer everything from practical tools for navigating life’s challenges to calming practices to regulate the nervous system. I'll look for the root cause of issues while considering all aspects of a person's life. I specialize in working with teens and adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma-related issues (PTSD, etc), and various clinical diagnoses.

In my practice, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to support clients effectively. With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed somatic work and specialized training in Ecotherapy, grief processing, and herbal medicine, I offer a holistic approach.
