My areas of expertise are in strength based, solution oriented and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe the children's emotional and pychological well being is impacted from the prenatal stage. Educating parents to learn the impact of nature and nurture might be helpful to understand their unique needs. Each of us are unique in our ways to face challenges of our lives. I have worked in hospitals and outpatient facilities for over 10 years. I had the opportunity of providing counseling to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. In my current practice I am able to provide support for families who have LGBTQ youth and adults, parents with special needs children.
