Lila Galustian is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Re-Discovering You, specializing in working with personality disorders and clients who struggle with regulating emotional distress and lack of self-esteem. They primarily work with adults and adolescents who have personality disorder diagnoses or multiple diagnoses of ADHD, anxiety, trauma and lack of self-esteem. Lila provides outpatient therapy helping clients navigate their symptoms by teaching implementation of CBT and DBT skills in skills application groups & individual therapy. They are an informed behavioral program and do not provide phone coaching.
Lila earned a Master’s degree from Antioch University and has over 10 years of experience working with clients who want to tame the chaos that happens in their mind and their bodies. Her style is genuine, encouraging, and honest. She may challenge clients to consider different perspectives or different paths, yet she does this without judgment and with grace
No matter what happens from this point on, remember that you have a choice and whichever path you choose to take, ride the wave and the future will declare the outcome of that choice. You're either going to learn from it or experience pride within yourself for your success.
