I aim to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself (no perfection required) while we work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and develop tools that actually fit your real life. Whether we are working on improving communication, strengthening boundaries, or breaking patterns that keep showing up in relationships
I am especially passionate about supporting women who are juggling multiple roles partner, parent, professional, student, or all of the above.
