Hi! I’m Lila, and I support children and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the desire to feel more confident and capable. I work with clients who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, sensitive, trauma survivors, or adjusting to loss. I create a safe, welcoming space where every part of you is seen and respected, and we can explore your emotions, identity, and life challenges in a way that feels authentic to you.

I offer DBT-informed art therapy, talk therapy, play, somatic, and mindfulness approaches. Together, we explore personal, relational, and societal factors affecting mental health while building confidence, skills, and creative ways to express and understand yourself.
