Hello I serve pediatric to adult clients and have a special interest in perinatal mental health, first responder mental wellness, working with military persons and their families, as well as individuals with PTSD. I enjoy helping individuals overcome anxiety and depression as well as how nutrition can impact mood. I enjoy working with families with high levels of conflict as well as adolescents with behavioral issues.
My expertise is in suicide prevention and risk management; I look forward to continuing to work with motivated individuals who are searching to understand the root cause of their suicidal thoughts and how to manage them. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have felt honored to help people overcome traumatic memories.
