It is vital to have someone who will actually listen and accept us as we are flaws and all, without judgment or pity. My education and background allows me to have a unique approach to counseling. We create a environment where a person can let their guard down and expose all of the scars that life tends to give you along the way. This is not a clinical, stuffy environment. You walk into the waiting area and help yourself to a hot beverage, make yourself comfortable.
Prior to mental health I was in the US Army as a Chemical, Biological,Radiological,Neurological,and Explosives expert,its not near as cool as it sounds. I was medically retired in 2012. I have worked as a therapist in about every setting from in-patient, substance abuse,military/deployments reintegration to private practice.
