Welcome to LightHaven Therapy for Women and Children – a safe, nurturing space for healing and growth. I support mother's with prenatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy/childbirth/breastfeeding trauma, Hyperemesis Gravidarum/other high risk pregnancies, and mother-infant bonding and attachment. For young children, I offer guidance in managing big feelings, emotional regulation, social skills, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma processing, developmental milestones and more. With compassion and care, I help you and your little ones build resilience, find balance, and thrive. Your journey to healing starts here.
I specialize in working with little ones ages 0-12, gentle parent-child therapy for children under 3, and compassionate support for women through life’s many transitions. My approach is warm, nurturing, and tailored to your unique journey. You’ll find a safe, cozy space where healing feels natural, connection grows, and therapy can be fun!
Having experienced the ups and downs of parenting through traumatic pregnancies and raising children with unique needs, I know how important support truly is.
