For effective interventions, one must look at the whole person. Examining the connections that exist between cognitive, biological, physical, and mental health concerns. I offer specialized care and a biopsychosocial approach in the diagnosis and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional illnesses. For the past 12 years, I obtained distinctive training and experience working with both inpatient and outpatient medical and mental health populations. I use Brain Spotting, EMDR, Exposure Therapy, Gestalt, Psychotherapy/Psychoanalysis, Parts Work, and Somatic Therapy with most of my clients/patients in my practice.

I specialize in working with all age groups with Dual Diagnosis, Trauma, CPTSD, Autism, ID/DD, ADHD, Grief, Sleep Disorders, Anxiety, Major Depression, various cognitive disabilities, and brain injuries. I am a certified Autism Specialist and Certified Dementia practitioner.
