Don't give up on healing. When people experience trauma, especially chronic trauma, they become hardwired to look for danger. Constantly living in survival mode is physically, mentally, and spiritually exhausting. You may not believe it yet but healing is possible. You can have healthy relationships. You can have peace. You can have healthy boundaries. I would like to help you learn how to actually live and not just survive. I specialize in helping women learn about how trauma affects their bodies which will allow them to better recognize and manage their trauma symptoms and move towards a path of healing.
I have experience providing individual counseling, family counseling, career counseling, and assisting people with adjusting to life changes such as illness and divorce. I've worked with people of varying ages & from all walks of life using a person centered approach that incorporates elements of cognitive, attachment, and neurobiological theories of trauma.
