Elizabeth is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist. She earned her MA Psychology Degree from Antioch University Seattle. Elizabeth has a great deal of experience in assisting clients who are experiencing depression/anxiety/stress; life transitions and change; medical issues/concerns and follow-up after leaving the doctor's office with a life-changing diagnosis. She has experience with grief & loss; death & dying, along with PTSD symptoms and trauma. Elizabeth brings a great deal of life experience and training to assist those in need.

Working with the thoughts and feelings you're holding on the inside really can help loosen their grip on you. I help people manage things like stress, anxiety, depression, ferocious inner critics and the effects of trauma-- whether recent or experienced earlier in life. We'll focus on finding you some symptom relief in addition to deeper understanding and healing in an open, accepting place for self-exploration and growth.

My goal for my practice in the Tri-Cities is to bring quality, affordable, and professional care to the area where I grew up. I have worked in a variety of different areas in the country, within a variety of settings with a wide range of clientele, however my primary goal has always been to establish a private practice to assist in the mental health needs of the community.
