I enjoy helping couples, families and individuals in working on relationship issues and concerns in a wide variety of areas these may be facing or dealing with. Some of the issues I can help with include depression, anxiety, health and medical problems, grief, loss, transitions, adjustment, self-esteem, troubled/at-risk youth or children, marriage and couple relationship issues, step-families, relationship concerns, sexual issues, teen concerns, child development, sibling and extended family concerns, and more. I work with clients on their issues and help them attain their goals. I focus on strengths, successes, emotions, thoughts and feelings in helping them.
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I have received training on many psychoeducational programs designed to enhance life and relationships in the areas of communcation, couple issues, parenting issues, and more. I also have training in medical family therapy to help families struggling with medical issues that impact the whole family.
In addition to providing relationship counseling, therapy and coaching, I also provide many psychoeducational trainings supporting couples, families and all relationships. I enjoy and am energized by helping couples and families develop and strengthen their relationships, as well as working through the challenges and struggles they may be facing.
