Meal support and nutrition counseling are also a part of the program. Program length is 90 days, but we take it 30 days at a time. We accept most BC/BS insurance plans and have affordable private pay rates. Evening, Daytime and Telehealth Options.
LifeTree Obsessive Compulsive Disorder IOP
The LifeTree OCD IOP is a 9-hour a week program founded on Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) techniques and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles. It includes 2 to 3 hours of Individual ERP therapy, small group ERP therapy, Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT) to enhance cognitive flexibility and therapeutic/contemplative writing assignments. This group is designed for most anxiety disorders that respond to ERP techniques.
