Have you lost your balance with life and your primary relationships due to chronic illness, conflicts, depression, family issues or work concerns? Finding it difficult to focus on your goals? I am interested in the connection between health (emotional and physical) and relationships. I explore symptoms within the broader context of our relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families with issues of chronic illness, general medical health, anxiety and depression. I have a specialized interest in heart disease and cancer and how it affects the patient as well as other family members.

My work has also grown to encompass the psychological and relationship issues associated with money. My guidebook, "Words from the HEART: A Practical Guide for Writing an Ethical Will," can be used to help people with the process of asset transfer and legacy.

I worked for over 12 years in medicine training physicians and treating patients and families as a therapist, educator, and consultant. I am currently a mental health consultant for a Head Start program. I also work as a speaker and consultant in the financial industry.
