A safe place to sort it out is what Lifespan offers. We are a team of five therapists with different talents. Our theoretical experience includes: humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral and solution-focused theories. We also integrate nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness into our practice. Lifespan has depth in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma & struggle w/ a borderline diagnosis.
Credentials include: National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, Certified Chair Yoga Instructor, Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor, Independent Clinical Supervisor. I am also trained in CBT-I, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, EMDR and Gottman Relationship Counseling.

Gottman 7 Principles for Making Relationships Work
Based on the lifetime of work from Dr. Gottman, the 7 Principles of Making Relationships Work provides practical techniques to improve your relationship. Limited to 10 couples. You do not need to be married. You can also have been married for a long time, this is a great refresher! You will work your partner, not other couples. Two four-hour workshops for $200 per person, $400 per couple. This is billable towards insurance. 10/21 from 9-1pm, and 11/04 from 9-1pm.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to destress and relax. Yoga nidra has been clinically shown to reduce anxiety, alleviate symptoms of depression and trauma, reduce cravings for alcohol/drugs and help with insomnia. We provide all materials needed (yoga mat, bolster, eye mat). Wear comfortable clothes.

YAYA Creative Circle
Held weekly, we meet and learn fun and creative techniques in acrylic painting. All supplies provided, wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting paint on. Suitable for adults, teens and children. May be covered by your insurance as a therapeutic group.
