I offer brief marital therapy that normally concludes in under 10 sessions. I use a responsibility and acceptance approach. I specialize in affair recovery, sexuality, and building healthy communication patterns. I provide individual therapy from a systems orientation. Most of my clients are going through transitions or are experiencing relationship distress and emotional upheaval. I focus on building resilience, and improving communication. I provide an active assessment that is sometimes sufficient to bring about change in one or a few sessions, or provides patients with the information needed to make good treatment decisions.

*We are in a very challenging period as a culture. The coronavirus has altered the way we interact. As a result, I evaluate each referral as to whether remote work is clinically viable. As a clinical social worker, I treat the whole person, including the circumstances in which they live.
