We all face grief, loss, betrayals, and transitions either through difficulties such as death, divorce, infertility, or other disappointments. For some, these experiences can create spiritual woundedness, depression, anxiety, or a dip in self-esteem, especially if there is a lack of family or community support. Working through these things can be hard but for the client who is willing to tackle their loss, there is also hope. I partner with my clients to help them discover their own innate wisdom that resides within their souls to help bring about reconcilation and healing.

I have experience and great passion for helping those individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, fear, and the memories of past traumatic experiences that continue to have an affect on how they live their lives today. After meeting with and learning more about you, we will together decide on the most effective type of therapy to help you move forward with your life. Many therapies can be successful but I believe it ultimately comes down to the relationship that develops between the client and therapist, and the amount of work and effort put into making change happen.

In therapy, we use the therapeutic relationship to identify the places where you feel stuck in order to both gain a deeper awareness and learn tools to move forward. In personal story work, we look at specific narratives from your past in order to discover unique themes, explore who you have become, and intentionally pursue who you long to be as your story unfolds.
