My practice focuses on Type l & Type ll trauma. I am an approved provider for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). In addition, I work with Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) to address addictive issues associated with trauma & anxiety. I also work with Internal Family Systems (IFS). My orientation includes the soma (embodiment experience) through Eye Movement Desensitization & Resonance EMDR. How you come to perceive your lifeworld from relational, work and societal influence is of value to understand. In session we will collaborate to scaffold a framework you wish to explore in a safe space for reflection.

I work with adult individuals and couples in transition or crisis. It may be an external change like a health diagnosis, loss of work, an affair, a death, or an internal change like a ‘mid-life crisis,’ or an increased sense of disconnection from your work or the people you love.
