I have expertise in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); skills I honed during my training at Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital. This approach allows you to better understand how your thinking patterns may lead to unnecessary distress in your life. We work together to set goals in many areas of your life: anxiety, fears, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, obsessions/compulsions, to name a few.
Although I work primarily with adults, I have selected a staff of talented therapists who treat children, adolescents, and families.
