I work with individuals who needs support in managing mood, anxiety, OCD/ rumination, and complex trauma. I always place one's struggles in context of the whole person and their relationships past and present. I strive to be authentic as a therapist and create space for you and your unique experiences to emerge in a way that builds trust, honesty, and genuine collaboration.
My approach is depth-oriented and relational, but at times very concrete depending upon your need. I am neurodiversity-affirming and see all mental health struggles from a neurobiological lens. In therapy, I hold in tension the paradox of acceptance and change.
As an ordained minister and pastoral counselor, I specialize in the integration of spirituality and psychology. I work with a variety of individuals who identify on the spiritual/religious spectrum and those who desire healing from harmful/rigid religious experiences. Religious/spiritual or not - all are welcome.
