I work with clients throughout the life span. I believe it is important to develop a relationship and assist the client to creating goals toward their own behavior change. We will explore the client's background and past events that have caused the client to seek out support to better their future. I do challenge a client to address when their actions are not working toward the goals they have set for therapy.

Whether we are focused on learning better coping skills, addressing addiction, or processing past traumas, we will use the therapy relationship to meet your goals.

I have experience working with individuals from 10 to 70 years old surrounding anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm and many other concerns. A former member of University of Michigan's women's gymnastics team, I also have experience working with athletes surrounding fears, competition anxiety and overall performance.
