As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I provide counseling services for individuals struggling with infidelity, compulsive sexual behavior, sex addiction, and porn addiction. I also help partners who may feel betrayed by a loved one's compulsive behaviors. For my therapeutic approach, I apply person-centered counseling as the foundation for establishing a therapeutic rapport with clients. Building on this foundation, I use counseling techniques from existential therapy, reality therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Some are overwhelmed by how stressful their lives have become, some are dealing with difficult relationships, major life transitions or grief, others may come to therapy because they feel stuck or unhappy and aren't sure why. The reason a person comes to therapy is less important than their desire and willingness to make a positive change in their life.

I graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte and now work primarily with women and girls 15 and older. I love working with families, helping family members learn to communicate and experience feeling valued and loved in the family unit. I use several counseling modalities, tailoring how I work with individual clients based on where they are and what they are experiencing.

Dr. Gill's "Wellness For The Mind" Coaching Program was developed for adolescents, college students, and young adults who have minds that sabotage them. Clients who benefit from this coaching are those who report that they are constantly being bombarded with unhelpful thoughts (ie: I'm not good enough, everyone is against me, no one likes me, I'm a failure, I'm a fake, I'll never be good at school, I'll never find a job, and on and on). Many of these clients report feeling stressed-out most of the time and can not turn their worry-minds off.
