I have been assisting individuals reduce emotional pain, navigate major life changes, and find personal fulfillment for nearly 30 years. Clinical Counseling services incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic techniques and focus on depression, anxiety, and anger. Change and Transition Services include couples counseling, work & career issues, pain management, and disability issues. Strategic Life Planning Services focus on values clarification, personal needs, life goals, and coaching to achieve optimal well-being and satisfaction. I use tests and inventories including the MBTI to help clients and couples gain personal insight quickly.

Are you struggling to deal with the aftermath of trauma? Symptoms like flashbacks, feeling very jumpy or anxious, intrusive recollections of the event, feeling like you are frequently reliving the trauma, or recurrent distressing dreams of the trauma can linger for years afterwards without help. I use EMDR to treat PTSD symptoms safely and effectively. I am confident in my ability to help you feel heard, supported and challenged to make changes in your life.

My practice focuses on helping those living with chronic conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, treatment resistant depression and anxiety disorders, develop tools to face these challenges head on and find a kind of peace.

Each one of our journey's are our own, impacted by our personal experiences and our environment.
