Welcome to Life Strategies Counseling Services! We are a group of experienced, highly qualified clinicians that provide counseling services for adults, adolescents and children in the Western New York area. We offer individual, couples, family and group therapy sessions in-person (at Life Strategies Counseling Services offices) and virtually (video conferencing).
Using an eclectic approach that integrates aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, person-centered therapy and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), our therapists will help you recover from the life challenges that get in the way of you living the very best version of your life.
