Each season of life has it's own unique challenges and issues, my goal is to help people navigate these challenges in a way that reflects their personal values. My Christian faith shapes my worldview however I recognize that not everyone shares that same faith experience. My desire is to empower you to have the skills you need to navigate life in all it's seasons.
I have over twenty years of counseling experience and have worked with all ages and backgrounds. I take a holistic approach when working with someone, and I help others define what they want out of life while reminding them that we are not working towards perfection since no one is perfect.
