I believe that everyone goes through struggles and sometimes needs a little help to navigate the crossroads in life. I will work with you to create a specialized personal plan to help you achieve your goals in recovery from Substance use, Behavioral addictions, Trauma, ADHD, Relationship issues and Dual-diagnosis. My approach to therapy is integrative, combining CBT, Person Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness skills, and EMDR to heal both body and mind. I am passionate and committed to helping others achieve their goals and to live a balanced and fulfilled life.
