I offer EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an effective, evidence-based approach that helps process distressing memories and reduce emotional intensity. EMDR can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, and long-standing stress.
Many of my clients are Medicare recipients and adults 55+ who are looking for a therapist who understands the unique challenges that come with this stage of life. My approach is warm, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs.
In-person sessions are available in a comfortable, private office in Spring, TX, conveniently located near The Woodlands. Telehealth sessions are also available for clients across Texas.
