This group aims to provide a platform for open dialogue, understanding, and empowerment as we navigate the complexities of our shared identities that arise at the intersection of being both LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent. We will explore various aspects of our relationships, experiences navigating intersectionality, best practices for self-care, self-acceptance, accommodations and mental health. We work from a Humanistic/Experiential lens coupled with DBT skills for everyday use. The next group session runs for 8 weeks starting May 2, 2024.
