Is there ever a right time to ask for help? Maybe you've been thinking about therapy for months now or you recently decided to give it a try. I come from the perspective that we all go through high and low points in life. I offer a safe place where we can work together on identifying your needs and goals.
I am a certified sex therapist through AASECT ( American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists) and complete a Certificate in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan. I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative and respect diversity in sexual identity, sexual orientations, and sexual practices. I am also trauma informed and have training in EMDR.
I know that asking for help is hard to do but, you don't have to do this alone anymore. I'm here to offer support and guidance so that you are able to be your best self.
