I have spent much time working with individuals, families, adolescents and younger children that have come from all walks and stages of life. Some young and others not so young. We at Life Connections provide a multi dimensional approach through evidenced based treatments and medication management when appropriate. Life Connections meet people where they are at, partnering with them and letting them know that they are not alone when facing life challenges or looking for unbiased feedback in regards to any life decision .
I have many years of experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), trauma response, and clinical supervision. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, workplace stress, relationship concerns, executive coaching, financial counseling, and personal growth.
I believe every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered. Mostly i believe that people "Do not care what you know until they know you care." Before becoming a counselor i served on active duty in the Navy for 26 years. i have always lead a life of service then and now. Counseling was a simple and natural transition
