My sense of humor is big part part of my counseling style. I take my work with clients seriously, but there are times when therapy needs to include some humor. In addition to counseling, I also provide life coaching for clients who want to make changes but aren't sure where to start. I work particularly well with clients who are nervous or skeptical about the idea of counseling. I realize that therapy can be a significant expense, so I run my practice as efficiently as possible. All scheduling, forms, notes, and billing are online, so we can make the best use of our time together.

I bring a sense of humor and compassion to my work with clients.  Your issues may, of course, be serious, but sometimes humor can help bring needed perspective.  I provide counseling as well as life coaching.  I realize some people are stuck in a rut and just need just 5-10 sessions to get going. Other people might be interested in a more long term approach.  I can work with you either way. I realize that you might feel apprehensive about the counseling process, so I have incorporated an easygoing style that greatly helps to reduce people's sense of unease.
